Payment Policy

Once a quote has been finalized based on the needs of the client, 50% of that amount is due immediately in order to schedule the procedure(s), organize the travel, and insure everything is in order for the client’s arrival. Upon arrival, the remaining 50% is due. Payment is required using the currency identified in the quote. Your medical tourism deposit will be paid with cash, a wire transfer, a personal check, a cashier’s check, or a money order that will be deposited in our U.S bank account for your security.  Final payment will be paid with cash, a wire transfer, a cashiers check, or money order to be deposited in our Costa Rican bank account.
